We are very pleased with the total master bathroom remodel by Baths by Shay. The crew went straight to work on the demolition, taking care to cover our bedroom with drop cloths and protecting the floor.  They always arrived on time and kept us informed of the progress. We are very happy with the new solid surface shower and countertops.  They are easy to clean and look top quality. Melissa was very helpful in making recommendations for the new luxury vinyl flooring, fixtures, toilet and custom cabinetry. We couldn’t be more satisfied that the project was finished in a timely manner and within budget.

Baths by Shay created a bathroom for me that could be published in any decorator magazine.  The material they manufacture is beautiful, easy to maintain and I was able to choose materials from a wide variety of options.  Our project included moving plumbing, doors and electrical.  It took approximately 6 weeks to complete.  The installers were friendly and courteous, and we were always notified when to expect them.  They worked diligently, did not waste time and cleaned up all the mess.  When it was completed and I wanted a mirror frame to match my special barn door, they built it and hung it for me.  I would highly recommend Baths by Shay and will use them again when I am ready to remodel another bathroom.

Baths by Shay did a wonderful job on our bathroom remodel. We had them convert a builders grade tub and shower to a solid surface walk in shower for my inlaws, replace ceramic tile with luxury vinyl plank, and install an ADA toilet. From initial contact to completed job, the process was seamless. Melissa was a pleasure to work with and her recommendation on fixtures and the toilet was spot on. The guys that did the demo and new shower install are very experienced and everything was done quickly and efficiently. The finished shower and flooring look great. We are very satisfied and are already planning to have them do our masterbath as soon as we can budget for it.

I could have not asked for a better shower! They came out gave us a quote, we went to their showroom and looked over colors, then we scheduled the date. They came out on time and covered everything in our master bedroom. They put down rugs from the front door to the master bathroom. They completed the shower demo in one day. The install took two days and what was left was just fantastic. I was a little worried that it was going to look like a cheap shower insert but that could not be further from the truth. The shower they installed looks absolutely fantastic. We are hiring them again to do our kids bathroom next!

After living in our house for the past 40 years and hearing the wife saying we need to remodel/update the master bath she hates.  So last year she makes a command decision and says that she’s tired of waiting and we are going to remodel that bathroom now.  I, being the good husband, reply good idea dear.
She gets busy looking for contractors and I get busy on design layout.  We Googled Baths by Shay and they had excellent reviews.
We wanted a solid surface shower surround for easy cleaning (no grout or tile) and Baths by Shay manufactures their solid surface material at their Edmond showroom and plant location.  The showroom has ample shower displays to choose from or get ideas.  They have a huge display of the many color schemes available.
We went to the showroom and scheduled an appointment with Melissa to come by for measurements and a quote also get on the schedule for a start date.  We knew right away that Melissa was right in step with our vision of what we wanted.  Rather than a conventional heated ceramic tile floor Melissa suggested about a new flooring product, a composite interlocking laminate that’s 100% waterproof and it’s not cold on the feet in the winter months.
I was overly impressed with the professionalism and quality of workmanship by everyone involved from Shay’s employees, the painter, electrician and the carpenter that custom built the vanities to our specs.
I can’t say enough about Shay’s crews; they were courteous and always on time and showed up with enough people to do the job.  They covered the bedroom furniture with plastic and cleaned up daily before leaving.
This was a major project complete with relocating the stool and water lines.  When we get ready to update the smaller hall bath you can sure Baths by Shay will get the nod on that one also.

I want to take a moment to share with you my thoughts and feelings regarding your product, service and especially your employees.  To say, “excellent” almost falls short of my recent purchase of a 5’ shower unit in my home.
I’ve been involved with residential and commercial building my entire life, which is somewhere in the neighborhood of 50 plus years.  I carry a plumbing contractor license as well as a HVAC contractor’s license, both of which are currently inactive, as I’m retired.  Before retiring I also built custom and spec homes here in the Edmond area for several years.  About half of my adult life, I was self-employed; which involves many elements managing a business.  Perhaps the most challenging is hiring and keeping good, well trained employees.
Whether it is your sales staff, office staff or the install crew, each person represents to the public who you are and what you believe in.  At this time, I want to brag on your install crew.  Each one knew exactly what to do and when to do it.  Each one ostensibly represented good manners along with commendable work ethics.  As a former employer, I understand how challenging and difficult it is to recruit and keep good men … not every businessman can make that claim, however, you need to be congratulated … well done!!
I could go on and on but my wife tells me that it is better to keep business letters short … so I will close simply stating, “I’m glad to have done business with you and your company.”

My husband and I are very happy with the job you’ve done. We now have a beautiful shower. They came to our home and took the greatest care to not leave a mess. We’ve been getting the home mag in the mail around three years. I love to sit down and look thru it and dream on! The one section I kept going back to was Bath’s By Shay/ picture of elegant custom fit bathrooms. We finally called to set up an appointment on a weekend. They had a wedding to attend but met with us right after— wow! There were beautiful choices to pick from and we felt right at home with them and placed our order. Their diligent workers came to our home and they were like family. They did a job of perfection. We are in awe of our new elegant and easy to clean bathroom. We say DON’T DELAY,—– GO SHAY!
